Maximus, the group of niche recruitment companies, is broadening its expertise with several new additions to its teams.
Former director of XJS, Mark Ayres, will now head up the trade section of the shop fitting and interiors operation at Maximus, supported by new consultants Dave Wopling, Liam Kennedy and James Clements. Andy Jackson also joins, from Judd Farris, to establish the facilities management division focusing on the recruitment of maintenance engineers across the UK and the Middle East.
Maximus has also brought in Jay Ladva to head up its ERP division and SAP recruitment specialist, Pascal Alfieri to expand the division’s operations into Germany, Austria and Switzerland. Ladva comments “I had been running my own agency for several years but I was attracted by Maximus’ strength in key niche markets and by the opportunity to focus on what I love doing, recruitment, rather than the business and admin side of the job.”
