Acknowledged as one of the world's best new business winners, Mike has worked in the recruitment industry since 1988, initially with two of the world's largest recruitment companies and then with the international recruitment business Parker Bridge, where he was one of the initial drivers before subsequently becoming MD and masterminding a twenty-fold growth in staff size and financial turnover.

Mike is the Chairman of Recruitment Training Productions, and through them has authored & presented the world's largest recruitment specific DVD learning & development video range. Mike is also the founding chair of the highly successful Elite Development Programme, a membership programme that develops the careers of recruitment MD's and business owners.

 

In addition to the above Mike sits on the board of a select number of recruitment businesses and is an expert guest speaker at annual conferences throughout the world. He has given keynote speeches and addresses at the world's 3 largest recruitment association conferences: NAPS, RCSA and the REC (the largest recruitment associations in the USA, Australasia and the UK respectively)
