Here are just a few examples of projects we’ve worked on in recent months:

The challenge – A high profile division of the United Nations with operations across the globe and headquartered in Geneva was in the process of implementing Oracle HR payroll and financials. One of the world’s leading consultancies in the field was tasked with the implementation, but was finding it difficult to find enough specialists at several key levels due to a dramatic shortage of skills in the marketplace. The solution – Maximus consultants tapped into their extensive network of contacts to find and attract a full complement of contractors with directly relevant experience and, in many cases, knowledge of French, the local language. The result was a successful completion to time and budget.
