My experience with Maximus goes back over eleven years, both as a job-seeker and a recruiter. As a rule I’m not a big fan of agencies, there are too many people who just don’t know what they are talking about and who will send you 40 CVs because they either can’t be bothered or don’t know how to pick out the right candidate. Maximus are different, they listen to what you are looking for, understand the brief and then they will come back with perhaps just two strong CVs rather than 20 irrelevant ones.
