I started off using Maximus to find work and was so impressed that I then went on to recruit staff through them. When I was a candidate I liked the fact that they have a clear, in-depth understanding of both the technical and commercial aspects of ERP and make very targeted introductions – they don’t believe in wasting anybody’s time. As a recruiter I value the time and effort they put into finding out exactly what you need and what type of individual is going to fit with the existing team.

Very efficient, very knowledgeable and very pleasant to deal with. Very good at keeping in touch and providing you with regular updates on the market and, because they are Oracle partners, they can also offer you training opportunities which can be invaluable to a freelancer keen to keep up with the latest technical developments. And their online time-sheet system is a bonus too – so much better than the old-fashioned paper system so many other people still use.
