
Our 'Committed Service' Guarantee
After extensive research amongst users of recruitment companies,
we were astonished to find how many consultants and clients were
unhappy with the quality of service they were receiving. At Maximus
we believe that we have very specific obligations to you and your
career or your business. That's why we embody these obligations
in the following guarantee:
Delivering quality service is our core mission. Should any client
or consultant not be entirely satisfied with our service, we promise
to first solve any outstanding issues efficiently and amicably.
Secondly, upon request, we undertake to instantly remove any personal
details our database may contain, until such time as a client or
candidate wishes to re-register with us.
Where a client gives us a period of three days exclusivity on a
contract requirement, we will provide consultants with a one week
'no questions' guarantee. In the unlikely event that you are not
entirely satisfied with the service or the consultant for whatever
reason, we agree to replace them immediately within this period
and not charge you for the work carried out.
Another common complaint we heard was the failure to return telephone
calls promptly. Our firm commitment is to return all calls within
a maximum of 60 minutes of receiving your message.
Your feedback allows us to continually refine and improve our service
levels.
