We are currently working with a very interesting end user organisation who are revolutionising the property industry. With a customer centric approach, they are looking to update and improve their customer portal experience.
Currently this facility is web based built on a front end of React and a backend of Salesforce community, and they will also be looking to make it mobile friendly in the future.

To be successful in this role you will rely on your previous experience as a Product Owner, possibly from a Business Analyst background, to work with the users and internal teams to map processes and document accordingly, in addition to performing UX/UI wireframing and a business mindset with demonstrable experience of developing products with a commercial value.
