Working as part of the Managed Services team, you will be supporting the company's wide variety of customers with their Power Platform and D365 CE solutions, as part of a highly skilled service desk, who work incredibly closely to give the greatest support experience to their customers.
You will be responsible for service level management, incident management, getting tickets resolved within the SLAs, and taking ownership for looking after the customer.
This is a permanent role where you can increase your exposure to the Power Platform and all the associated technologies, offering a basic salary of 30-35,000 plus a great benefits package.
Due to the current COVID situation, this role will be home based initially with an expectation to work in the Manchester office once that is possible, however some home working will be available after that time also.
