This is an end user within the finance sector, with a broad range of Microsoft technology, who are always looking to increase and improve their current systems whilst adding new modules.
You will be assisting with the deployment of business applications and systems and ensuring these systems are available for use by all users and partners. You will also be troubleshooting user issues suggesting or creating resolutions, or escalating to other parties as required.
To be successful in this role you should be able to demonstrate excellent communication skills together with solid knowledge of general IT systems and knowledge of MS Dynamics / D365 (ideally with Sales, Customer Service, Field Service) and general Dynamics user experience, and some experience of functional areas such as building dashboards and ideally some previous experience of deeper level Dynamics tasks (building or modifying forms for example)
This is a permanent position, with career growth opportunities, offering a basic salary from 40 -45,000 but we can pay more for someone with previous experience in a support role for Dynamics.
